I know back in the day NS was one of the first registrars out there, but maybe they are just past their prime and service has gone to crap. I have not been able to tell if Network Solutions uses an APP Password like many mainstream providers, which now require it (for mail apps such as Outlook) - however I have many complaints from other users stating that their mail servers are FLAKY, and other people with the same issue (just no resolution). Have also tried various mail port configurations in reference both the port number and changes in mail security.Have tried unsubscribing to INBOX and re-subscribing.Have tried using network solutions specific mail servers, instead of ''.Have deleted account and re-added it (same result, both manual and automatic).Have queried IMAP folders and already subscripted to everything available.
She was previously using POP3 still, leaving a copy of sent items on the server. Details: Outlook 2016, trying to get IMAP to workĬustomer has Network Solutions hosted email, and we can easily get it to authenticate, but the INBOX won't synchronize ANYTHING.
